I read the Fact Sheet and found no mention of a "Super-Highway". Regardless, Canada, USA and Mexico our the biggest trading partners with each other.
The US has a great relationship with Canada and everyday it gets better. The US has a good relationship with Mexico, but it has a long way to go. And we need to progress that relationship. We need to keep moving forward, despite setbacks, we don't stop the entire class because someone is chewing gum. These relationships are not new, they have hundreds of years of history. We've all done a lot to progress North America, we intend to continue the progression. Mexico's GDP/GNP ranks just under Canada, there's NO reason why they should have such a job shortage there, NO REASON AT ALL. They need to step it up or things won't be good for Mexico. Eventually they will be left behind, US/Canada is doing quite a lot to help Mexico along, but if the Mex. gov continues to mis-manage their country, with neg effects on US/Canada, they'll have no reason to complain when we say "GO SCREW". Come on, Mexicans are smart, they have a huge economy. Thanks somewhat to US/Canada's help, don't ruin that, don't blame us for all problems. They have the 13th highest GDP in the world, Canada is 8th, US first. Canada gets it, Hello Mexico, can ya hear US. Don't F this up please. Work with US/Canada, Thank You...

My mother is a retired truck driver she said it has been in the works for several years. There have been fights over which states it was going to run through. They wanted the new Interstate to come through their states. So most of the politicians know about this and have known for a couple years.
