How do you perform a crunch (the ab exercise) please anwser if you know how.

Its almost the same and a sit up........only you sit up a little bit to kinda crunch your stomach, dont go all the way up to your knees only about half way!

Its almost like a sit up. You cross your arms over your chest and sit up halfway. In gym class they told us to stare at a spot on the ceiling and do your crunches while staring at that spot.... that way you do them right.

I 2d what chichi stated about the spot relief delusion. yet to respond to your question, my in demand ab workout is superb leg will improve. i love them, they are so confusing i visit in reality do like 6-7 in step with set.

lay on your back, contract your abs just enough to lift your shoulderblades off of the ground, then lay back down. repeat.
