Angels also have free will. Satan originally was like the top and most beautiful Angel God had created. Satan decided he should be allowed to be worshipped as well (free will to think that way), hence, no sin in Heaven, he was removed. Satan and his crew of fallen Angels (Demons) sent out of Heaven and if I am not wrong, down to earth. This happened prior to creation of Night and Day, so Satan was in the dark.
You have to remember that we have free will and for those who have choosen to follow Christ and keep God's commandments, Jesus prepares a place for us. There will be no pain, no bad, just peace and joy. God will reward the faithful to him with these things.

The angels didnt rebel. They decided to serve satan. Satan decided that he wanted to be god, to be worshiped and served, and his angels followed him. God struck him from heaven and they all fell to earth, cursed.
When we die we go to heaven, its like a holding tank until the end of the world. At that point all we be perfected, the earth included and there will be the new jerusalem and everyone who isnt in the lake of fire will live there, for all eternity.
Things will be made perfect like they were in the garden of eden, only better because evil will be completely done away with.

The fallen angels, which we now refer to as demons, did not find something missing. The pride of Lucifer (according to theory) corrupted the hearts of some of the angels and caused them to desire more power. It was not that they were missing anything, just that they wanted more power and control. That is what caused them to be cast from heaven to a place now called hell. Heaven was cleansed from that scurge by the casting of Lucifer from heaven. Thus the sin was cleansed from Heaven and now no sin exists there.

the bible clearly explains the rebellion in heaven and Lucifers fall to the earth..Was it sin? do angels sin? it says that we will judge the angels ....Lucifers pride was what got him thrown out of heaven...so it wasnt his choice to leave....He rebels here on earth but I dont think it is his idea neither is the fiery lake....So it is your conclusion that lucifer was unhappy in heaven? no he was forced out....as far as there being no sin in heven this is correct because after judgent the sinners and the demons will not be there....the bible cannot put into words the greatness of heaven no man an comprehend although everyday you will see men who will choose not to accept Jesus...for whatever reasons ..pride like Lucifer...prefering this world to the world which is to come...or just choosing to do there own thing as opposed to accepting the salvation of Jesus...some people do not believe in an afterlife...and accept what they have here...that is there free will and they recive just as they have chosen..cant say whay people choose not to accept god or why you would doubt that the one who created you would not know what makes you happy....all I know is i choose to accept the price Jesus paid to cover my sins that I might inherit a new life in paradice.

Your life here on earth could be like heaven one day and like hell the next. The spectrum of man's emotions are the root of angels and demons. The true heaven can only be seen if one can take personification most of the way out of the picture.

They rebelled because doubt developed in them but they didn't know the full extent of sinning or the consequence of sin until now and that is why they are regretful. Think then, why did Satan want to give the world to Jesus just so that he would bow down and worship him? The angels and Satan who fell are evil and wanted to be exalted in Heaven and be like God. So he is bitter and wants us to be lost just like him, but Choose life, Choose JESUS.

For Satan to embark on such a course reveals that he let inordinate ambition become a consuming passion and motive. This is evident also from the apostle Paul’s warning against appointing a newly converted man to the position of overseer, “for fear that he might get puffed up with pride and fall into the judgment passed upon the Devil.” (1 Timothy 3:6) NW Translation Yes, it did indeed betray a colossal self-conceit for Satan to dare pit himself against the Almighty, the Most High, the Universal Sovereign, the King of eternity
The Devil’s course of action makes it apparent that he called into question the truthfulness of God, as well as mankind’s need to depend upon God and look to him for continued life and happiness.
Satan is a powerful spirit creature, originally created by God as an angel, a spirit son with access to God's heavenly court. (Job 1:6) However, Satan exercised his free will in opposition to God; with cunning he led Eve and, through her, Adam into disobedience and death. (2 Corinthians 11:3) Thus, he became Satan, meaning “Adversary”—a rebel, a demon, a manslayer, and a liar. (John 8:44)
How appropriate is Paul’s expression that “Satan himself keeps transforming himself into an angel of light,” when in actual fact he is a ‘world ruler of this darkness’! (2 Corinthians 6:14; 11:14; Ephesians 6:12) By enticing other angels to rebel, he led them out of God’s light into his own darkness. He became “the ruler of the demons.” Jesus also identified him as “the ruler of this world.” Obviously, in order to be a ruler, he has to exist as a created spirit person. Our Creator not only created humans with freewill, he also created the angels with freewill. Satan and his demons misused their freewill, just as so many humans have done and are still doing. We were not created as mindless robots--we can choose what course we want to follow.

Okay, first off, heaven isn't even finished yet. It is being prepared. Jesus said "I go and prepare a place for you.", meaning heaven. So angels are not in heaven, they are with God. When heaven is finished, the rapture will happen. And there will be no sin in heaven.

The only theologian who ever described Heaven and Hell in any detail is Emanuel Swedenborg. See the book entitle Heaven and Hell by Swedenborg at http://www.mechanicsburgnewchurch.org at the sites/ebooks section. This is downloadable to your My Documents folder. Or at the Gutenberg Project under "Heaven and Hell" or "Swedenborg."

The latter part of you question is a bit confusing to me but the first part is easy.
GOD is holy and heaven is holy. Heaven is a holy place, filled with glory and with grace, sin can never enter there.
