I've been lifting and competing for years, and we've lifted to a ton of songs. No more powerful and motivational, than "Thunderstruck" by ACDC.
I can remember running out of the tunnel as football player to this song, and have even seen ACDC play it live, it gets better every time I hear it.

Depends on what you are doing. Weight lifting, some Metallica does it for me. Running, I go for some Enya. Aerobics, salsa or merengue, Caribbean beats.

I like to walk and run a lot so I workout to upbeat stuff...music with a good beat. I always start my "running session" with "Go" by Common.
