My ex and I are very good friends and we were talking last night. I had heard some things about a girl he had gone out with before so I decided to ask him about it. I said "Do you talk to Rachel (his ex) any more?" and he said "sometimes." Then I said "What ever happened with you two?" and he said " I cant really remember..." "I have to go. Bye" What does this mean? I there something that happened that he doesn't want me to know about? What do you think?

yes there may be something that might happen and he doesn't want to tell you or he can't tell you right now. wait for the right time and he might tell you.
sometimes a person is so much upset that he wants to be alone but gradualy after some time every thing smoothens.
time is cure for every thing. atleast these kind of problems. so just relax and try to spend a little more time with him. you both will feel good.

He is not being honest with you. Any guy that gets up and leaves after a question like that is definitely hiding something. But he's your ex. Maybe he just does not want to share because then you will ask questions about why he broke up with you that he does not want to answer.

I think you hit a sensitive nerve. Wait it out. If he really wants you to know, or feels comfortable telling you(big diff. between the two) he will. Judging from his response of "can't really remember" he's lying...he probably just doesn't want to talk or more importantly think about it. No one ever forgets how a relationship ended if it meant anything at all to them. If they talk occasionally, they must have meant something to each other.
Be patient and don't pry, it'll only make him more seclusive.

It probably just upset him to talk about her because he might miss her or still like her....He might feel uncomfortable discussing it with another girl that used to be his girlfriend...he just got a lil shy is all...its normal for guys...trust me my crush and I are tight and Ive known him since I was 3 I just so recently saw him again and he was so shy!

Well i think he has his difficulty to tell you about that. On the other hand, if he tell you about that girl, you will be think about some other things about them. But remember to say him that you love him more than the girl does.

Some guys just don't like talking about their past relationships. its ok, they will become more open as you grow closer. maybe he was hurt or maybe just doesn't want to think about it.
