I use http://www.dvd-cloner.com but its only trial until you purchase it. It has a CSS decryptor that will let you copy copyrighted movies. However, I think you can also use NERO to copy DVDs but the paid version does not have the CSS decryptor.

Try going to http://www.downloads.com to find some sharewares or even freewares.

You might want to try it out. I dont think there are any burners that will have the copyright bypass feature on it, but I could be wrong.

I don't Think That you Are able to copy dvds to a computer sorry
