A friend told me she saw an article about a doctor operating on a
baby in the womb and it reached it's hand out of the incision and
kept it wrapped around the surgeon's finger for the whole
operation. She said there is a photo of it but that she had deleted
it. Has anyone else here seen the photo or heard this story? That
image gives me chills.

He's the photographer who took the photo. (he also has a slide show of a sequence of images from that assignment)

Also, the surgeon placed the hand back in the womb as it wasn't around it for the whole surgery. Just for a small portion as the doctor tested for strength of the infant. The nurce said that this happens quite a bit.
