Why are boys so mean, rode, and annoying sometimes???

Because they are still very immature. Some men go thru a whole lifetime without even growing up. I guess that's our punishment for eating the apple first.

Typical teenage boys are "all about themselves". As you know, teenagers go through ALOT of stuff physically and mentally! They develop thier own likes and dislikes(not going with the group)and definately still like to "show off" for the sake of the attention. The place in the brain that controls impulse(saying rude stuff, doing bad thing)doesn't fully develop until later teenage years! I don't know if this explains anything, but it may help. All boys aren't bad, just as all teenagers aren't bad! Teenage years are very difficult for boys and girls!!! if they are too rude, ignore them to the best of your ability, if they become offensive, seek out a guidance counselor! However, my guess is once you show that you are not affected by thier immature behavior, they will stop.

Well, there are so many reasons to be honest!

Boys feel like they have to be seen in a certain light, like they are cool and unfeeling! Especially if they are young! They feel like they need to impress their mates. And if you come across someone like this, well they are not worth your time!

Some guys have been hurt by women, and so its their way of keeping their gaurd up and keeping you at arms length.

Others think (and this does work at times) that if they are mean etc, women will keep coming back! After all as the saying goes "nice guys finish up last"

Either way don't put up with the rubbish, keep the faith and a nice guy will come along xx

Those traits do not soley come from boys. Girls have them as well. You will always meet both nice and UNnice people throughout your life. The idea is to NOT let unkind people strongly affect who YOU are. They're probably unhappy within themselves, thus react in unpleasant ways.

Boys are just like that. Most of them just don't know how to act around girls. They get nervous, so in their great wisdom they act like jerks to prove they are cool. Not all of them are like that though, and most of them do grow out of it.
