To clearify.
many answering that there no levels. ( first it leads me to belive they never read the bible , they jsut heard piece here and there)
Second the question is.. If there are no levels so it does not matter how much good you do here on earth. If you compare lets say Priest to a regular Cristian.
One does everything that GOD says and even knows the 10 commandments. Other has accepted Crist as savier and leaves his own peacefull life. Will they both get the ssame treatment? So The current POPE was in Hitlers Army before he became POPE. WIll he get the same treatment as lets say Pastor from babtist's who was preaching peace from the day one?

This is an interesting question. The idea of "levels" comes from Dante's Divine Comedy (which includes the Inferno which is the best known). That is, the idea of physical, separate levels comes from his work, not the idea of varying degrees of reward and punishment. The ideas of varying degrees of punishment is certainly found in the Bible. 2 Peter 2:19-21 is a good example. The idea of varying degrees of reward is more difficult to say, however. Many people feel that the parable of the workers in the field say that there are not varying degrees of reward in heaven. That may be so. However, it may just be referring to the reward of salvation. We are told that we will give an account of all we do. There are verses that do sound like there will be varying degrees of reward. 1 Corinthians 3:10-15, Ephesians 6:8, as well as the verses that talk about who will sit at Jesus right hand in heaven.

However, your premise is wrong. We do what we do out of love, not out of desire for reward. In fact, as ugly as war is, sometimes it is necessary, and yes, sometimes it helps people. Many people are enjoying much better lives now that Iraq and Afghanistan have been liberated. As Christians we are always in a war with Satan. Sometimes the battlefields are in our very own hearts and minds. Sometimes the battlefields are against the poverty and immorality that exists around us. Sometimes the battlefields are against the armies of evil men.

I personally do not care much if there are levels of heaven. I do my work to try to serve my Jesus, not to try to gain favor. I better myself because I want to be more like Christ, not because I want to sit closer to Him. God bless.

The Bible speaks of there bring three heavens 2 Corinthians 12:2), but this appears to refer to 1) the atomsphere around us, 2) the stars and galaxies and 3) what we think of as heaven. Beyond that, there is nothing in the Bible to indicate different levels of heaven.

However there is a lot that indicates people have have different levels of rewards when they get there. (1 Corinthians 3:13-15 is one example).

I believe everyone will be equal in heaven, just as everyone is equal on Earth (in the Lord's eyes). You are right about it not mattering that some people help while some people are for war. God wouldn't get bogged down with the details, he would care that you thought you were doing what you believed to be the best thing possible.

Not "levels," per say, but there will be a hierarchy. It will be a kingdom, after all, with the Father as King ans Christ as prince and Holy Spirit as Grand Visor. The rest of us will fall into place below that, some closer to Christ, others further down the chain. The Apostles will be over the twelve tribes of Israel, for example.

I am a Mormon. We believe there are 3 kingdoms, Celestial, Terrestial and Telestial. Also outer darkness but very few souls will go there...
We believe you must enter into the new and everlasting covenant of marriage to attain the highest degree of glory which is the celestial kingdom, and live with God and Christ.
Read in Doctrine and Covenants section 76 and it will tell you what kind of people will be in each kingdom.

The Bible speaks about the starry heaven when God created it in the beginning in Genesis 1. But in regards to heaven that the saints are promised when Jesus returns the Bible speaks of only one without any levels attached. He will create a new heaven (referring one) and a new earth (referring to one) in Revelation.

I could be wrong but I don’t think heaven will be equal. Jesus said a parable in Mathew that said something about a man having a servant in heaven. This leaves me to believe that everyone will not be equal. Meaning that some people will be servants and some wont. Also when I say equal I don’t mean worth just status. Also, it’s true that what’s done on earth is done in heaven and that you reap what you sow. If you except Jesus into your life but remain comfortable living in sin and don’t try to do right you will go to heaven but you will be a servant. If you except Jesus into your life but try really hard to do his will you have sown a good harvest and will reap it in heaven. This is what I believe. Great question.

There are three degrees of Glory described in the new testament. telestial, terrestrial, and celestial Glory. If my understanding is correct, the anonement of Christ has all but placed us all into one of these catagories. Which will will reside in is determined by what we do in this life. Hell, or more appropriately "outer darkness", is a place for those who have been aware of the truths of the gospel and either denied it or have intentionally fought against it. In outer darkness the worst dillema we will face is eternity without the Father, Son or Holy spirit! Thus the term outer darkness.

i have heard that there are different levels in heaven... but i am not sure if it is scripture...i know some will be at the right side of the lord and some on the left...i believe we will all be happy in heaven and will not have any sorrows or needs..i want to go there...and just like the song "lord build me just a cabin in the corner of gloryland", it will not matter cause we will all be happy over there...
