Heck no!! that doesn't even follow the guidelines of the bible! the church is supposed to be based on the bible, not what some hippies think is spiritual

Well first off, let me comment on the ideas... (1) Who cares what time the church meets? 9-11 or 2-4, makes no difference to me. (2) There should ALWAYS be an offering taken, because as Christians you are supposed to tithe (give 10% of your income back to God's work). (3) I go however I want to dress anyways (4) How awesome would it be to meet in a park? You get to praise God and be a witness at the same time by other people seeing you. (5) No sermon? There needs to be sermons for people to learn more. (6) I don't think it's possible to have a real church that respects every belief system. No matter what you do or say, you'll offend someone.

No, first of all - Sunday is Gods day, that is every Sunday, second - Offering is taken so you can tithe - you are suppose to give 10% of what God blesses you with. then the other 90% will be blessed. Third - if there was no sermon then you wouldn't be taught anything. You need to be taught and understand what is being taught in order for you to grow.
God doesn't care how you dress to church, as long as you are there for the right reasons. And you can meet anywhere you want as long as you are serving God and his word. And if you don't believe in God- why would you be there unless you wanted to learn and believe.

No. This is not a bash against the concept but this type of congregating and "acts of kindness" can be achieved anywhere. The world does this everyday. Christianity is a spiritual journey that doesn't always comprise acts of kindness and discussions on world peace or whatever...it is growing spiritually and the only way you can do that is to feed your spiritual man.. Acts of kindness are a part of it, these things do follow after a christian walk but it is not the core of Christianity but to grow in God is.

Sounds like a nice church as long as it teaches the true Word of God and does not twist it in any way. And I am all for respecting others beliefs, but when people that have not accepted Christ come to your church it is your duty as a christian to minister to them. Are you christian? I question because you put the word church in quotation.

No, because you would every other Sunday for only 2 hours. I go to church for at LEAST 3 hours. Maybe a different idea. but not this one.

God bless.

No, mostly because number 6 on your list makes it a discussion group, not a church.

It sounds good. I agree on all the points except to meet in the park in the winter time. Just a thought.

And yes, I probably would join, and attend.

Up until you get to six. You assemble with believers who believe like you do. If you want some meaningless little religious feel good. There are plenty of empty organizations out there.

No, this is a terrible idea, I'm sorry to say. This religion doesn't bring salvation to anybody. It would only make the self-righteous proud of themselves for the "good deeds".
