Do intermittent fasting. do a 16 hour fast 8 hour eating window starting out. Watch out for bread if your gonna have bread eat 100 cal flatbread or whole wheat 90 cal slices. Limit alcohol to 2 drinks a day if you drink. Also stay away from sugar and salt lean meats like chicken fish and lean beef are good. Intermittent fasting along with empty stomach cardio in the morning will make the fat drip off of you. Ive lost 26 pounds this year

take yourself and an adult to a local gym and use their sauna. Eat smaller portions on your plate, and only have one plate. Even if you are hungry afterwards. Drink water in between each and every bite. This will help fill you up without overeating. Also, cut out all of the bad sugars, and soda, and concentrated juices. Drink only water and if necessary drink 2% milk instead of whole milk. Or you can try to go the Soy milk route. You need to walk around your neighborhood, and just get used to walking. Your knees might hurt because you are overweight for your age and height. I had the same problem when I was your age. Eat more seafood, and try to stay away from red meats.

my advice to u is to stop drinking sodas or drinks with lots of sugar drink tea or WATER water is the fastest way to drop weight. Not crash dieting im just sayin drink water instead of soda. Green tea is really good for u and if u need sugar in it use splenda its not as bad for u as regular sugar, and u dont need alot to make a drink sweeter. Then i would eat 4 -5 SMALL meals a day Snack on them. yogurt, Granola bars, apples, bananas, veggies like carrotts. Have a nice size lunch and dont forget about breakfast. If u snack healthy throughout the day you wont be so hungry when lunch comes around and its a healthier way than to eat 3 BIG MEALS. Eat dinner before 7pM your less active at night so its harder for ur food to properly digest. You may not loose 2 punds a day which in unrealistic but you'll drop weight and feel better. I would say do piates or swim or run get some kind of exercise going, im not sayin u need to be a gym rat but keep ur workouts continous like every t and thur or every m W Sat. try it see how u like it

Unless you're cutting off limbs, you really can't reach that goal. Choose one that's actually attainable, like 20 pounds over the summer. Watch your calories, fat intake, carbs... and exercise. Walk a couple of miles a day. Buy the Walk Away the Pounds tapes if you don't want to go outside to do it or don't want people to see you doing it.
Talk to your doctor about what diet he or she recommends. At 13, your body is still growing, and you need to give it the nutrients it needs. Doctors love to talk about weight loss, maybe it's time to listen. Good luck. I remember 13, it was not fun for me. 14 and 15 got better :)

There is no healthy diet that has someone lose 2 pounds a day. Should be losing 2 lbs a week on a healthy diet.

You need to start an exercise program. Something that you enjoy doing...and stick with it. I lost 18 lbs. in 4 weeks by eating a lowfat diet and exercising for 1-11/2 hours every day!

Consider this, a pound of fat equals 3500 calories of food. If you need about 1500 calories of food per day, you'd have to eat negative 5500 calories per day to lose 2 pounds per day.
If you eat less than 2/3 of your recommended intake of food per day, you'll probably be lacking in nutrients, bad idea.
If you eat 500 less calories per day than your RDA, that means it will take about one week to lose a pound. (500 x 7 days = 3500 calories = 1 pound of fat) That's the reality. You didn't gain that weight overnight, and the only healthy way to lose it is slowly.
