It's not that easy. You see they study the location on were they are going to strike. They make out a plan and do it to there more convenient time. That's why when it happens we are not prepare. It could be anywhere at anytime. You just don't know.

That's the whole point of terrorism, as opposed to conventional warfare. You're not supposed to know when they will strike.

I'm sure the good folks of Sderot, Israel would like to know when the next bomb is going to be launched at their town.
