Depends on what cut.
Filet mignon - grilled with mushrooms, medium rare
roast - beef and noodles, crockpot with potatoes, carrots, onions and a bay leaf.
hamburger - pizza, meatloaf and meat balls
strip steak - fajitas
That's pretty much all I like

OK, I have a million jokey responses for this, but I'm going to control myself.
Personally, I'm a sucker for grilled beef. Slap on a dry rub on a steak (just a little, don't want to hide the real taste), drop it on the grill, about 6-8 minutes a side, let it sit for a while to redistrubute the juices and dig in! Even on one of those indoor grill pans you can put on the top of the stove, it comes out great. Short of burning it, there's nothing bad you can do to beef as far as cooking is concerned.

Easy recipe for a family that wants a homemade meal that requires hardly any real preparation: Get a good beef roast, brown it and put it in a Crock-Pot, then pour in a jar of your favorite salsa. Let it slow-cook all day on low until it pulls apart easily. Voila, instant shredded beef tacos.

Give me a steak, cooked on the grill,
A big thick strip is alway a thrill,
With a 'tater on the side and a nice green salad,
And some garlic bread to complete this ballad.

Eat it.
I have to wonder what the hell do you do with your beef?
I hope the next question has nothing to do with sheep.
