I think something was lost in the translation. Not NOMO. The Russian L looks like a n. It is an older camera probably made during the Soviet period.

The Camera is a LOMO 135bc(vs). LOMO is made by the same company that makes Holga.

The newer LOMOs were made for export and have the normal L instead of the n.

I suggest ask someone who does speak russian to just translate the manual for you
