I want to go home-schooled, because I have concentration problems in a classroom, and at my school we have the block schedule so therefore we are in a classroom for an hour and a half. Which I'll usually end up falling asleep because I can't focus that long. And my mother is fixing to die very soon, and I could stay at home and see her more often.

Make sure you are socially ready for home schooling. Will you have the best teacher at home? You will not gain all the social skills as a student of public schools?
How old are you? If you are a teenager and have gone to public school you might be ok.
