Right so there is this girl who i hang round with in the library and i really like her but the thing is i dont know if she likes me in the same way! How can i get her to like me, and how do i tell i like her? Because all i know in this moment in time is that she has not got a boyfriend.

Just be honest. I tell everyone this because its the most painless and time effective plan of attack.
Jsut tell her you like her, and you'd like to hang out some time if she wants. And then leave it like that. No pressure from any of you. Youre not asking her to be your girl, youre not asking her to marry you, or for an answer about how she feels, you're just letting her know what your intentions are.
It will save both of you time and energy. She can decide if she wants to get to know you better, or just duck out of the situation, and you can know if you should just move on, or take your time.
Plus it makes you look confident and well put together, and EVERY woman likes a man who has some direction and confidence.

get her a flower a Daisy or a tulip something nice a soft no thorns don't ever get a girl red roses its bad luck if you must then get her a pink rose and remove the thorns.if she asked whats that about tell her nothing you just felt like the library is gloomy so you wanted to brighten it up for her

Ask her if she wants to go get something to eat or see a movie after you get done at the library. See if she needs a ride home (if you drive). Ask her for her phone number.

Do it casually, ask if she would like to meet somewhere other than the library. Or go have coffee with her. If she accepts then you know she is into you.

Tell her you "dig-her" and ask her, "Well, what do you think about me?" Be straight up= NO GAMES. You will get an answer. Maybe/maybe not the answer you are seeking, but at least you will get a piece of mind. GOOD LUCK!!!

Kindness, generosity, etc. It's the key, believe it or not. Sometimes you can get a girl to like you just by being really nice.

leave her a voice messege if you dont have her number find it or send her a email expressing your feelings and telling her that you did it this way because you were afraid of rejection

just chat with her about how she is etc. then ask her if shes free to come out for a date maybe the movies for starters. keep it nice and simple. if shes interested shell say yes.
