I've read a few articles about this before in Shape magazine. Eggs are high in protein and will help you stay full longer. Add yogurt and fruit to the meal or a piece of whole grain toast with peanut butter.
Also eating complex carbs like a bran or whole grain cereal or oatmeal...but make sure when you read the label on something that claims to be "whole grain" that the first ingredients are actually whole grains. FDA only regulates that whole grain must be in the product to advertise it even if there is only a small amount.

Meats, cheeses and nuts have high protein (and so do eggs). So any combination of these would work. They all have fats too, so the best thing to do is have a well balanced breakfast. One egg also has 50-75% of a full day's cholesteral recommendation, so they should be consumed in moderation.

Protein shakes are pretty good! I have trouble really eating a breakfast most mornings so drink a shake was alot easier. Eggs are also a good source of protein for breakfast if you like foods like that in the morning

The main trick with breakfasts in general is to balance proteins, fats, and carbs-- breakfast is the best time to eat all three, to give you plenty of long-lasting energy.
The trick to staying full, though, is to focus on the first two- protein and fats. Choose both well- something like with smoked salmon in it will give you both excellent protein and excellent good fats. In general, with your fats, you want to eat essential fatty acids, and not saturated fats (aka bacon, dairy fat).
Also great protein for keeping you full? Cottage cheese-- choose the lowfat version (1%), because the other has a fair amount of saturated fat, and the nonfat version tastes DISGUSTING.
Hope that helps.

eggs have lots of protein. Try having some potatoes with them, they are healthy and will fill you up. If you are eating a lot and still getting hungry pretty quickly, then you might have a high metabolism.

I think breakfast is the best time of day to be free and eat whatever you want.
if you are looking for protein, try protein shakes - I have them in the morning ( I also add fiber, soy milk and flax-seed oil (the latter is for omega-3 acids)). that fills me until 11-noon.

Go to whole foods and check out their cereal section. They have a ton of cereals with protein (and fiber) in them. I'll also make a fruit drink with mild and protein powder. Eggs...real good

shredded wheat will fill you and has lots of fiber, pair it with a banana and you should be feeling fine till lunch. for protein 2 tbs of peanut butter on whole grain/wheat toast will serve that purpose.
