I've sought out French or Québecois films, yet none seem to come with French subtitles only English or Spanish. I want to French audio and the French subtitles to help me learn the language better.

Try amazon.ca,(cheaper shipping than amazon.fr AND the DVDs are coded the same as in the US, so you don't need a code-free DVD player) but be sure to read the descriptions to see what the subtitles are! Also infrench.com has any number of DVDs, but again, check the descriptions for subtitles. Filmarobic.com has films and worksheets for teachers.They sell the DVDs (rather expensive compared to some) but also have descriptions of what language subtitles are available.
If you sign up for one of the internet DVD services (Netflicks or Blockbuster or?), you could just keep ordering the French films until you found them with subtitles in the right langauge!

Why would it be normal that french movies are not subtitled in french? what about deaf person... English movie are always subtitled in English (most of time).
You can fine subtitles on the internet, for movie or TV show.

You could try buying the movies in France, but then you would need a DVD player that will play region 2 discs. Most DVD players can be modified to play other regions or make them region free.
