Many birds sing to communicate with each other for one reason or another. For instance, songbirds usually sing to attract mates, but other birds "sing" to sound alarms or communicate with other birds. Birds use a wide array of communication avenues (also including building things, colors, displays, etc), but at least 1 also communicates with people by leading them to honey, hoping to share in the prize once we get it out.

Because out of all God's creatures birds have the most freedom and that makes them extremely happy so they sing to God to show their appreciation.

I'm pretty sure that it's a mating call when they sing. They're trying to attract a mate, but I'm not completely sure about that.

they dont sing... they just shout for having friends or communicating which sounds to us like singing
