I don't know how old you are...that makes it really impossible to give an opinion on this. But..just the fact that you feel you have to ask about dating a 48 yr old, you may already know the answer.

Depends on how old you are, I dated a guy 10 years older than me, we are not doing the intimate thing anymore but we are very good friends.

It depends on how old you are. I see nothing wrong with dating older or younger men. But make sure YOU can live with it if it goes past the dating stage.
