While wanting to be a mother and also wanting a baby girl from China is to be applauded, the Chinese government will not let you. According to the CCAA, the Chinese agency which must approve adoptions, you must be at least 30 years old before you can adopt one of their orphans.

If you are seventeen years old, then you should wait a few years before adopting a child. A child is A LOT of responsbilities- even for a stay at home, married mom. I would consider finishing school, finding a job, and marrying a good, kid-loving man before thinking about having any children. If you want to prepare for a child, try fostering a high maintenence pet, like a dog; to get the idea about responsibiliy.

What you want is the fantasy of having a baby, of "rescuing" a child, of being applauded for your actions and I don't think you know how much work and how expensive it is to raise a child. Wait 5 years - p.s., they wouldn't let you have a child at this age anyway...do what most 17 year olds do. Get pregnant.

I hope you have a job cause if you don;t then there is no way any agencies will let you adopt...
Plus a lot of red tape to go thru.. if you go thru a agency that specializes in these adoptions they cost thousands of dollars

There is this mail/online adpotation going on.
Every month you have a sum of money to your 'kid',then one fine day, you could go visiting your 'child'.
But of course your kid is not going back with you.
If you are bore with caring self, you can be a baby-sitter,
tutor or work in places where all those kids rules.
Or play virulite adpot onliine.

Uh, there is a reason you aren't allowed to adopt... YOU ARE NOT AN ADULT YET. Stop being selfish and thinking about yourself and what YOU want and take a moment to consider the kind of life you're sentencing that child to.
