Why, yes!! Some women take alot of time to put on make-up and the like. I mean waking up 2-3 hours ahead of time to get "pretty". I'm sure those women would appreciate a compliment.

I guess no, but do compliment her. Why thank someone who is born pretty? It's in the genes... Just a nice and sincere compliment will work and will keep that lady all blushing like a bride...

no, because that will give her the creeps and think you're a stalker. besides, how would that make the other women around her feel who are less pretty? you're basically saying 'what's your problem? Why're you ugly?' by thanking her. however, if you know her and there arent any other women, then i suppose you could tell her she looks nice.

Yes, there is nothing WRONG to compliment a women. Its a wonderful thing to do. Don't be shy to do it. A tip. DO in in front of everyone. Then people will agree with you. If you do it when ur alone, Things might be taken wrongly!

A specific compliment would be less weird. Tell her that her hair looks nice today, or her shirt is a good color for her, or something.
