You should have added a little more. Nobody can seem to understand that your asking whether it actually happened (Crucifixion - believe) or if it was just a story (Crucifiction - "fiction"=story)
I can't definitively say, I wasn't there, nor do I know anybody that was. I don't doubt that they crucfied people back in the Roman era though. So maybe some guy name Jesus was crucified, I can't deny that.
I don't necessarily belive that he was our saviour, though. Although, it is a nice thought. Even if it's not, Thanks Jesus for attampting to take away the sin of the world. Maybe it worked, maybe it didn't. We'll all find out when we die, and not a moment sooner.

Crucifixion... there's plenty of hard historical evidence that it actually happened. Check out the book the Case for Christ (an aetheist reporter set out to prove that it was crucifiction and found some surprising answers) as it is outlined there.

Crucifixion. It was a quite common form of torture and execution during the time of the Roman Empire. Two pieces of timber formed a larger than man-sized 'X", an equal-armed cross, as in crossroads, etc.
I am assuming the issue may not be the crucifixion, but the Resurrection
But I DO like your play on words.

It's spelled "crucifixtion." And it really happened. Not only to Jesus, but many other people that the Roman government put to death for various "crimes"
