They do it doggie style. I have seen cats mate and they mate just like dogs do.

Well people mate in a lot of ways that thankfully aren't emulated in nature, haha, but typically it's what you're equate with "doggie style" in that a male mounts the female. I've never seen housecats mating, but there's plenty of documentaries that show lions and tigers. Also, the reason female cats yowl and howl so much during sex is because male cats have a barb at the end of their "unit" that helps them stay in, and as you can imagine it's pretty painful

CATS are strange animals. And they act a lot like dogs when mating. Al tho i feel the male is a little more aggressive in the cats then the dog. BUT i have seen a dog knock off other male dogs in the mating season. Male cats do the same.

Female cats go into "heat" when they are ready to mate and so it is very easy to find them mating if you restrict the access of males until you are watching. As to style, the position they use is identical to what we call "doggy " style , as this is what their skeletal structure will allow .

Cats do not mate like humans do...If you want to catch cats mating you have to
be in an alley in the middle of the night.

cats mate with the male on top of the female. It looks like he is on her back. he bites the nape of her neck to hold her in place. the whole "copulation" takes about 30 seconds or so.
I am a cat breeder, and I see mine do it all the time.

They mate like dogs, one on top of the other. Good luck catching them at it though, it's near impossible!

They do it doggie style (like most quadrapeds do). You can catch them in the act. They have no problem with doing it in the open.
