Why not? Everyone needs a little boost every now and then. Who knows, you may even get a freebie!

Why not? Complaints are plentiful in any restaurant (good or bad) so a compliment would certainly be welcomed. Call the store's manager and let them know about the whole thing. Better yet, go to Pizza Hut's website and send an e-mail or fill out a compliment form if they have one.

A note or email to the general manager and/or owner may be better received. The person answering the phone may not relay your sentiments correctly (or at all). Make sure the compliments fall on the right ears, so that those responsible for your satisfaction can be rewarded.

If they were that good then by all means call and tell them.
There is nothing like a genuine compliment and thank you to help morale and just plain make them feel good! Wish there were more people that remembered to say thank you for good things.
Great incentive to get the world moving in a better direction.
I believe in practicing random acts of kindness.

Yes, or write a nice note and mail it to them. I believe if you are going to call and complain when things go wrong, you should also thank people when they do things that are great.

Once, I was in a restaurant and I wrote a note on the check that said, "Please tell your manager that we were very pleased with our service."

The manager came up to us and said, "I heard you needed to talk to a manager."

I told her we just wanted her to know that we were thrilled with the food and service. She was shocked. She was so used to handling complaints that it took her totally off balance to hear good things. She told us she was going to post my note in the kitchen where everyone could see it.

A little thank you can go a long way.

To some people, it might not be a big deal but if you want to do so, I think it's a good gesture. You never know, you might make someones day.
