I have been looking at google and ask and every website has diffrent ages and i dont think any are accurate?

I think cats are like 3 to 1 year...Dogs are 7 to 1 year

It's
9 human years = 1 cat year.
7 human years = 1 dog year.
I know this for sure, since I learned it from a vet. And they should know.

My vet told me that every 1 year to a person is 7 years to cats. I guess it is all the same for the rest of animals as well.
I would guess it would be best to ask your vet.

It's 15 years for the first year, 9 for the second year, then 4 for each year after.
This scale was adapted about 2 years ago.

Cat years and dog years are stupid things that someone invented because they couldnt grasp the fact that animals have shorter life spans! 1 year is 1 year!

this is so funny, my wife read me a thing about this the other day, and i can't remember exactly how it goes but:
the cats first year is like 14 human years,
then the rest are like 5 years after that.

cats and dogs both are 7 yrs to 1 yr in human yrs.

My veterinarian says that when a cat is one year old, she or he is actually 20 years old.
