You should definitely go to the Dr. right away and have it checked out.
The longer you wait the worse it could get.
Just nip it in the bud right away.

i'm not sure if that is the sign of a problem, but my cousin's eys were like that from the time she was a baby, it's never affected her. my stepdad to. go to an eye specialist an ask.
