...actually, I don't think I've ever made a dessert that didn't get rave reviews... except Tres Leches Cake, which my husband thinks is soggy, but everyone else likes it. My hubby won't even eat French Toast because of his fixation against sogginess. What a Goof! He doesn't know what he's missing!

Turkey soup. Made enterly from scratch. Starting with just bones and water. I make it every year after thanksgiving and have to make a HUGE pot cause everyone wants some. My soup is almost more popular than the turkey it's self.

Also I make Twice baked potoatoes and Ginger Seseme pork chops that are always a big hit.

My fried chicken. My husband loves it.
My lasagna. Everyone who's had it says it's better than a restaurant.
Manicotti, it's good.
Roast chicken with pan roasted veggies.
Chicken and wine sauce over rice.
Enchiladas
Chocolate Stuff, the recipe is from "The Sweet Potato Queens" first book.

By the way, I'd love to try your chicken, or at least have a glimpse at the recipe!! :)
