I just saw this somewhere and now I'm trying to find it. As soon as I do I'll post it on here.
Man, it took me forever to find it. Lucklily there is evilbible.com. (Thank god! HAHAHA)
You Ethiopians will also be slaughtered by my sword," says the LORD. And the LORD will strike the lands of the north with his fist. He will destroy Assyria and make its great capital, Nineveh, a desolate wasteland, parched like a desert. The city that once was so proud will become a pasture for sheep and cattle. All sorts of wild animals will settle there. Owls of many kinds will live among the ruins of its palaces, hooting from the gaping windows. Rubble will block all the doorways, and the cedar paneling will lie open to the wind and weather. This is the fate of that boisterous city, once so secure. "In all the world there is no city as great as I," it boasted. But now, look how it has become an utter ruin, a place where animals live! Everyone passing that way will laugh in derision or shake a defiant fist. (Zephaniah 2:12-15 NLT)

Why don't you try reading the King James Version of the Bible instead of The NLT. Some how you have twisted the Bible's teachings and managed to confuse yourself.
Did you do Geography/What planet are you from?
God did not threaten to destroy Ethopia, as that place does not exist here on Earth.
If you were referring to Ethiopia, then the answer is NO, God did not threaten to destroy Ethiopia.

The Biblical name for Ethiopia is Cush.
Its destruction is prophesied by Ezekiel 30, verse 4:
"A sword will come against Egypt,
and anguish will come upon Cush ..."
The diatribe continues in the following verses. It is likely that similar statements might be found in other parts of the Bible.
Fortunately, this prophecy seems to have already come to pass, although it may have some metaphorical or metaphysical significance in the current age.
The so-called "Christian Girl" above should check her knowledge of the Bible.

Ezekiel 30:4 And the sword shall come upon Egypt, and great pain shall be in Ethiopia, when the slain shall fall in Egypt, and they shall take away her multitude, and her foundations shall be broken down. 5 Ethiopia, and Libya, and Lydia, and all the mingled people, and Chub, and the men of the land that is in league, shall fall with them by the sword.
