A hot shower & some sinus pills taken with hot coffee. The caffiene in the coffee makes pain pills work quicker & the heat from the drink also helps.

sinus irrigation instructions saline solution recipe..............1 quart tap water..2-3teaspoons plain salt not iodized.....1 and a 2teaspoon baking soda.go buy you a bulb syringe.like babies nose pump. do this twice a day. squrte this in your nose twice a day. hold your nose over the sink and let the saline run out your nose. just went to the doctor monday for mine. he gave me this recipe. or you can buy it already made at the pharmacey.ask them about it. good luck......

Take a hot steamy shower...I usually but the vapor rub on first...Then put pressure under your eyes with your hands. start from your nose pushing and move all the way to your ears..Do that while your in the shower...It works for me....
