Not sure what you're looking for, but if your asking if ID (Intelligent Design) trumps evolution, I think that the evidence and the courts now, have agreed that Creationism/ID is not a science, and therefore is not a replacement for Evolution as a scientific concept. Evolution has an entire body of evidence stretching back millions of years to support it. The fact that it is not a Law is a misconception in the non-scientific community. Physical sciences (like chemistry and physics) can create Laws because their processes are finite, and therefore, identifiable. Biological or Life sciences do not really have the concept of a Law. They have Theories because their subject (Life) is in an ever-changing state of flux. Laws for Life Sciences could be written, but they would only be good until the next study proved something different.
