and that this "earth" we are living on, is actually Hell?

Hell is filled with sinners, killers, gay people, homophobes, me (specially me), bible-thumpers, thiefs, hate (specially hate)..

yeah, the more i think about it, we probably all already made it to Hell.

feels kinda safe, doesn't it?

No i don't believe so. Judgment day is when Jesus will have a second coming and destroy the world. Then we will be judged on our behavior and then sent to Heaven, Purgatory, or Hell. True we could be living in Hell as i write this but i do not believe that this is so. What about the priests? If we are in Hell then we can't see the people in Heaven and surely a priest would be in Heaven? What about the Pope? See if we were in Hell do you really think Satin would allow religious people into Hell? With the fiery pits and pain and suffering? Also if the world was indeed already destroyed why create a kingdom that looks alike to both Hell and Heaven? Do you know of the Colosseum? or of the Sistine Chapel? why would those be in Heaven and Hell?

Earth, where we currently reside, is nothing of what the bible describes as Hell. Granted, the dimensions and things of that nature are never discussed, but it IS described as eternal torment. Besides, Hell is ETERNAL separation, yet people die all the time. I'm pretty happy right now. I can see why you may relate the world to Hell, but trust me, you DO NOT want to be proven wrong after you die.

If you are still alive, this isn't hell even though it seems like it at times. You will know hell if you get there. I know that it isn't very comforting to let you know that the burning will not continue forever, but will last until the last person turns to ashes. (It is nice to know that God is not as ruthless as some people would have you believe.)

Each of us exerienxces a personal judgement day every day. We make choices that will affect us physically, emotionally and piritually constantly. These choices are our judgements, and these choices are our responses to life. We are responsible for that life-no one else can control these choices. Once we accept the complete responsibility for these coices and for our lives, we are in control of our own lives, and we will be judged accordingly.

It has not happened yet.
We know history from the days of Jesus till now. We know He has not come back yet.
Hell is much worse then this.
