40-30-30 rule works for everyone. The above answer is lame. 40% portien, 30% fat, 30% carbs. ALSO exercise is a must for EVERYONE. I have heard this question a million times and when i get to the exercise part of the answer, people start to tune out. Curious as to why people will adjust their food intake but not adjust their activity level.
In regards to your age, maintaining a good quality diet is important for proper growth, including exercise, is also. I could elaborate greatly on both but would venture to say the easiest thing for you to do now is look at the contents of what you eat and work out at a gym or jogging aournd the block; 3 days a week. Meaning increasing your heart rate for 20 minutes or more each time you exercise. The rate at which you do that would be relevant to your health status.
So basically, learn how to eat right from someone who is health and looks healthy. If they are fat or out of shape, they don't practice what they preach and you should not listen to them. Also see the below links, they worked for me. The fact of the matter is it takes work and a lot of it to shape your body, be prepared to WORK to get where you want. If you don't you wont.

No secret.
For weight loss exercise such as swimming, running, cycling and even walking can help but dieting can often help a lot more than exercise.
A very good and healthy weight loss diet is the DASH diet that can also help to reduce high cholesterol and high BP.
The DASH diet includes a lot of fruit and vegetables combined with whole grains and cereals plus low fat dairy products such as low fat cheese, milk and yogurt as well as lean meats.
Good serials are Weetbix, oatmeal, oatbran, wheat bran and wheat germ.

Don't diet just trade your candy bar and soda for fruits and juice and avoid juices loaded with sugar.
At least trade your soda, all bubbly drinks kinda eat away at your health.
And drink lots of water, that will also cure your thirst more than soda anyway.
Just read the truth about most of your food, you'll learn so much.
Healthy foods are less likely to get you fat.

At 108 lbs you don't need to lose any weight. A teenagers body needs food to grow and develop properly, if you're having body image issues you should talk to your doctor before you get yourself into a state of mind that is harmful and hard to get out of.

You don't need to be on a diet. You are thin and blesses. Their are a lot of people who wish they could be that small. Don't do any diet at all.

You are still growing. You dont need to diet. But if you want, eat lots of fiber and wheat. Stay away from carbonated drinks, fast foods fried foods and sugary stuff.

Just be active and watch what you eat. No fast food and no sodas. Water, water, water. Also, your body will grow around your weight. Do not try to lose it now. Just be happy but eat healthy.
