TREAT GAMBLING LIKE EVERY OTHER ADDICTION (Drinking, smoking) ... just don't give it too much importance !!!
I used to smoke one year in my life ... and I became addicted to it ! I couldn't stop ! Then, one day, after I bought a pack of cigarettes and I opened and I was about to smoke the first : ... guess what ?!? I throwed away the entire new pack !
and never smoke anymore !
SO IS GAMBLING !!! Just don't go to your local wagering or suspend your account on your online booker. Stay away from gambling, eventually bet what you can afford !
I don't think gambling help centres help 100 %
I think the wish to quit is in yourself and that is where you have to start with ...
