Right now in Perth, 3 pm 19 June, it is showery (at last! hey, it's winter, thats when it rains!) and a mild 22C.

Well... depending on where you are from, will depend on what you think the climate is. I am from the northeast of the USA, and I find Perth to be extremely hot in the summer, without the mugginess. In the winter, however, their winter is full of rain mostly. What makes it feel cold is that their breezes come from the ocean. Along with the rain and ocean breeze, the chill you have is from the dampness. However, on a sunny winter day, I am in a t-shirt.. I still have New England in my blood.

Long hot summers. Cold winters with a lot of rainfall. Perth gets more rain annually than London, but it falls in downpours over winter.

Oh its just awesome. Its neither too hot nor too cold in Perth. And the air is awesome. You feel as if your lungs are getting conditioned especially if you come from a polluted city.

recently? Warm all year round!!! Kind of depends where you are from. We never get negative temperatures. Our hottest in summers is about 41-42C January/February, and our coldest winter mornings hit about 0-2C. Usually in June/July/ August.
