Go buy some second nature eggs, (or other liquid egg white/ egg substitute) lowfat shredded mozzarella and fat free salsa. Make him an omelet to knock his SOCKS off! Practice tomorrow and Sunday, though. Omelets are easy, but there's an ART to them. Get some turkey sausages (brown n serve-they come in a little yellow box of 10) and serve him oatmeal with brown sugar and applesauce. For the oatmeal, make it a small serving and leave the applesauce and sugar on the side for him to add. In a tall glass, place ice and ice water. In a small glass, serve him about 6 oz. of cranberry juice (good for the prostate and bladder!). PRESENTATION is everything!!
Put it all on a tray with a little flower in a bud vase. You should be able to buy all of the above for under $20. Use your computer to make a little place card that lists the MENU. This is the cutest and sweetest touch. You may want to include a calorie count if you think he'd reject anything, but NOT if he won't. If he likes fruit, cut up anything but grapes: apples, watermelon, orange, or honeydew melons are best and not too high in sugar.

Homemade fruit salad. You can put your love into every slice of apple and melon ball. An omelet has the same advantage.
Is he healthy as in organic, eating for his body type, no gluten etc. (Well there are so many options here.) There are recipes all over the internet for all of those options.
Just have it planned out so you can spend time with him and not be running around looking for stuff.

Try whole wheat french toast with real maple syrup, not Aunt Jemimna (sp?) kind of stuff... I'm a healthy eater, and this is a special treat, without going full out junk food.

Make a little menu, dress up like a waitress, and take his order. And put a little cuteness behind it and he will love it. Oh and don't forget to tell him breakfast will be in two hours while you run to the store to get what you don't have.
