Put the boat on a trailer or lift and tilt one end down and drill a 1/2" hole at bottom.
Have an insulation company fill the pontoon with foam.
Or find the leak and fix it and the drilled hole.

You have to Open the drain Hole .... Usally a Plug at the back Of the Pontoon .... angle the PONTOON ...after it dains .... Blow air Into the Ponton to dry it out
