It depends on the mitigating and aggravting factors (the good and bad points of the crimes). Most of the Courts will order what is called a Pre Sentence Report to be done by the Porbation Service (and i strongly recommend that if anyone reading this is given one of these appointments they do turn up - the Courts take a dim view on people not turning up for the report which is to accertain the details and see what help can be offered to the offender). The writer will then look through the prosecution papers and look at the previous convictions before getting the offenders version of events. They will also ask about the background of the offender and any significant problems (money, relationships, drugs and alohol etc) and recomend a sentence. Before anyone assumes, Probation very rarely recommend custody unless it is deemed the only option. Generally a Community Order will be recommended with Supervision to work as a kind of counselling service withUnpaid Work as a punishment and possibly a Programme e.g. Think First Programme or Drug rehabilitation. This is not the "soft" option but is there to try and change peoples thinking and actions and reduce the risk of reoffending.
Sometimes though the court will sentence to prison if they feel the details of the crimes were serious enough or believe that the offender has "duped" the report writer.

First and foremost, have you actually been charged with these offences?
Sentencing varies for these offences depending on a number of factors: 1 - Your plea ( If this is your first offence and you plead guilty, then you should receive a 'discount' on your sentence) 2 - the court you will be dealt with in, if the damage is below £5000 in value it will likely be heard in the magistrates court and they have limited sentencing powers.
3 - The circumstances surrounding the case and any mitigating factors.
As a general guide, and without knowing the particulars of the case I could hazard a guess at a fine + costs and maybe some sort of community rehabilitation order (community service). Anything other than that is quite unlikely.

Depends on the circumstances and if this is the first time you have offended or if you have previous convictions for a similar offence.
Criminal damage of a value of £5000 or over will be tried in the Crown Court, the Crown Court have greater sentencing powers.
Consult a lawyer who will be able to advise on the full facts.
