super glue might do it, i think the milk thing is for teeth. but i would drive yourself to see a doctor. if he is not in you can leave your eye there and see him when he gets in.

Now you can place it on your head and have 360 degree visibility.
You cannot sneeze with your eyes open unless your eyes are paralysed.The massive internal pressure which is depressurized in a second will simply not allow for your eyes to be open.Maybe yyou cut off your eye-lids.But I don't believe you.Hilarious question,though.You are a regular P.G. Wodehouse.

truly they could...you sneeze at about 100mph yet do not project, that's bodily not achievable to sneeze with your eyes open except you carry them open...which i dont recommend
