A priest has received the sacrament of Holy Orders (was ordained) and can perform the sacraments including saying Mass and consecrating the Eucharist.

A religious brother is just like a religious sister (except in gender). He has taken vows of chastity, poverty, and obedience. He has not been ordained.

Religious brothers and sisters living away from the world (in a monastery or cloister) are called monks and nuns.

With love in Christ.

Priest are fully ordained by the church and able to serve the sacraments, marry people, hear confussions, etc. "Brothers" are usually just lay people (not ordained) who serve God in special ways but are not able to serve the sacraments.
