Yes, the bleeding should stop. They remove the whole uterus(the blood supply) when the spay an animal. However, males will still be attracted to her for a week or so. You'll still have to keep her inside away from males as that could really hurt her if she 'locks up' with one, or cause infection

Yes, she will. Spaying is the equvilent to a hysterectomy in women, and she will go into a kind of menopause. It's actually best to do so, in most cases, as a lot of health issues are avoided-- for example, infections that can occur from mating, problems with pregnancies, etc. Some dogs have behavior problems when "in heat" that are eliminated as well when they've been spayed. Good luck.

female dogs don't exactly "menstrate", they do bleed when they go into heat, which should only be every 6 months. if ur dog is bleeding more often than that, u should have her seen by a vet asap because chances are there is some kind of problem there. if u have her spayed then yes, she will stop. she won't go into heat anymore so she won't bleed twice a year.

spaying is a doggy hystarectomy they remove all internal female reproductive equiptment and the dog does go into heat again {period in dogs is called going into heat} it is healthier for the dog nd safer for you and your nerves especially if she gets out and 55 days later u have a litter she can be spaid in heat but it would be better to keep her confined until its over 1weekin 1wek of bleeding and 1 week going out after that get her to the vet

Many vets will wait until she is done being in heat before spaying because there are more risks now. Make an appointment when she is done in about 2 weeks.

When your dog is spayed she will never go into heat again.
It is best for her health to be spayed. It lowers her risk of cancer and she will never get a pyometra (uterine infection)
Schedule a spay for her soon. She will be a happierpet and you will not have the mess.

It will stop...but you must let her come out of heat before spaying. Most vets would recommend that otherwise the surgery can have serious complications, and cost you more money than necessary!!!

Yeah, it will stop permamnently, but they also make doggy diapers. Sounds funny, but they do in case you ever wanted her to have pups later. It's crazy that you said peaches....I have a poodle named peaches!!

Yes - if you have a female dog spayed they remove the uterus - no uterus, no bleeding.
