Dogs are not gay.
If you have a male who is trying to mount another male he is trying to show dominance over they other dog.
Dogs live in packs and understand pack order. One is the alpha dog and the rest have thier place in the pack. They act accordingly.
Gay is a human thing not a dog thing. Humans always try to put human traits on their dogs or the way their dogs behave. Most of the time it is just a dog being just a dog.

Is it really so bad?
If your dog is female, be thankful that she isnt going to be having puppies to every doggy guy on the block!

Just make sure if its a boy dog, that his boyfriend isn't 'bigger' than him.

Why would you think your dog is gay? If he's mounting another male, then he's trying to assert dominance.
