well if you think they are awake and up ... i think it is still to early myself.. but unless it is important i would wait until 9:00 before calling anyone just to talk...of course if you know they are leaving for work or you know their routine then that would be different..a lot depends on the difference in people...if it was a friend of mine i do tell them to call at any time if they really need me.. i have one young girl that calls me about the most stupid things...about cheating on her boyfriend and 3 in the morning... i can not help her after the fact.. then she was afraid her boyfriend was going to find out...i guess i am to old for that... and she might as well quit worrying about it she already did it.. and that was not smart at all... but oh well takes all kinds to make a world..

Not here it wouldn't. At 6 am, I hope to be sleeping. :)
My mother always told me not to call anyone before 8am and not after 9 pm.... I have kind of stayed with that over the years. If you know the person well and know they are up at 6 am, go for it.....:)

If I wanted to talk, I would call at about 2am--It's a quiet time around most houses (unless it's the weekend) and both of the parties can really focus.

I don't know what the others person's schedule is...but I would say no. The best times to call anyone is between 9am-9pm. You dont want to call too early or too late--especially if its a home phone and other people live there too.

if you know that that person is usually sleeping at that hour it's not appropriate to call...but if u know he/she wakes up early then u can call...
