get involved in some kind of nice group, maybe with church or something. sounds stupid and all but if you have kids, you don't want to expose them to some weird bar chicks or strangers from the Internet. try to get involved in your community like with a clean up the neighborhood group or habitat for humanity.

absolutely anywhere. It's all about your state of mind and confidence. Helps to have good judgment too by the way, so you don't go meeting just and spending time with just anyone. Nothing wrong with going to the bar and meeting girls for a night of fun, but you might want to consider those types just that... a night of fun.
For something more serious...find a church to go to. Go to hobby or craft stores. Get involved with your kids' school (single mothers and single teachers there) women are everywhere!! You have to go after what you want though without being too aggressive.

i assume the children are with you. Try going to parks where there are women .Women love kids they are a great chick magnet and will strike up a conversation at the drop of a hat about your kids then u have to weed out the married ones and the ones who are in a relationship. It did not take u one day to meet your wife did it try it it mat work another good place is a public pool you get to see the whole packege that way

I would have to guess probably not on~line. I don't believe that on~line is the right place to meet anyone like that~I understand your feelings, I was a single mother for 7 years~I never dated anyone, and NEVER brought anyone home~my daughter did not even know it could have been possible for someone to live with us~she honestly thought it was just her and I forever~her father on the other hand~brought different girlfriends in and out of her life through those 7 years~some with and some without children, I watched my baby get attached to seeing these other women and their kids~I also watched how the next visit they would never show up~and she would never see them again!! I suppose that is why I chose not to ever let her meet anyone unless I was positive they were going to be around for a long time~~she has known for one man to be with me and that is my on going (two years so far) relationship. I will never be able to promise her that this is it~however, she is older now, to at least attempt to understand~her father has finally married and has settled down for awhile (working on child #5~4 w/new wife to much child support to leave her now)~I am not bitter with their relationship~thankful he is down to ONE~she does treat my daughter with respect and love~and that is what truely matters!!! I believe that it is very difficult for single parents to date~because it is not just their feelings it is their childs feelings as well~IF both of your children live with you, I wish you the best of luck~IF they do not, then it will be easier for you to date~~I am not sure why I just spilled my guts to you~but I do wish you the best of luck with raising your children, and finding time to be yourself as well~and PS~my boyfriend now, was a blind date, set up by my sister~in~law!!! I said I was never going to go on a blind date~and our first date was the worst~we had an awefull time, and didn't like eachother at all~but yet I guess opposites attract!!! :)

Why not try first one if still she is available. How does it matter. You can remarry her and enjoy life a fresh. Mind it, your 2 children will too be so happy to get her again.

well get a sitter and head out to a club, get your drink on dance with the ladies and get a few numbers, give them a call and there you go. i met my husband in a club we have been together for four years now, good luck

just be yourself..there are some of us women who'd love to meet a man with kids....try looking at women who aren't your usual type...we're out there, trust me.
