I don't know for sure, but I do say to the Christians "Merry Christmas" because it's a holiday and according to Holly Quran, it says there that we should respect the other religions and prophets also! So why not!?

Not at all. In the Islam, Jesus Christ is believed to be one of the greatest Prophets, and many Muslims even believe in Mary's Virginity. And of course, Jesus' Birth is celebrated all across the Muslim countries. The only difference is that the Islam considers Jesus just a Prophet, and not the Son of God, because God's is One and Only: the idea of a Trinity is absolutely strange to Muslims' ears.

Muslims do not accept the divinity of Christ, that He is the Son of God. They believe He was just a good man who God chose as a prophet, so His birthday is nothing special to them. The truth will be shown to everyone on the Day of Judgment.

Where did you get this assumption from? Of course we say happy everything to all people. We say happy Christmas to Christians, happy Hanooka to Jews, and happy whatever to any people celebrating a religious feast. What you may not know is nobody tells us Happy Eid in our feast. I always send greetings to my friends in USA and in other place in the world and they never send me any greetings in Islamic feasts.
