I just need this for my homework, can you give me 5 characteristics of physically healthy person? I need this in Monday 6:00 AM Manila time or Sunday in the United States.

1. Heart rate between 60-100 Beats Per Minute
2. Blood sugar levels between 60 and 100
3.Weight that is proportianate to their height
4.Their stomach area is toned and in shape(if not, that is an indicator for those big and small that they are at risk for certain kinds of diseases related to the heart)
5.They are physically active most of the time, whether it's at the gym, or just outside walking or jogging with friends, these people are no couch potatoes!

1) exercises every day (at least a walk) 2) eats spinach (contains almost all vitamins and nutrients) 3) hydrates (drinks a lot of water) 4) sleeps fully (at least 8 hours for sure muscle growth) 5) takes vitamins (if they cannot access vegetables) 6) stretches (little stretches throughout the day and a 10-15 minute session before bed. 7) strength training (with or without weights; resistant training could be just push ups and crunches, yet still strengthens muscles. 8) vitamin D from the sun (10-15 minutes will help absorb calcium to keep bones and joints in shape for exercise and injury prevention) 9) Green Tea (green tea is full of antioxidants) 10) is stress free! (stress causes hormone imbalances and weight gain) Hope this helps! It's what I do!
