No it is not proven that AL religions are false, because if it was so then why do people still believe in God? But for me and my house we will server the Lord.

While I am not christian, I do not think you can prove religions to be false. Yes, you can prove the bible and other such books to be allegorical tales and legends rather than die-hard fact, but that does not refute the core belief of the religion. Religion is a very personal thing. Some people need to feel they are not alone in this universe, others need to feel they are alive for a reason. Each of us has a path that is correct in our hearts. That is a good thing as each soul is unique. If you could truly prove or disprove any or all religions all people would share one religion or have no religion.

While I understand how frustrating and irritating it can be to have other people constantly trying to shove their religion down your throat, you are also trying to shove yours (or your lack thereof) down theirs. Everyone should just live in peace and keep their religions in their own hearts and let others do the same.

haha, atheists. people still believe in God because they seek a higher purpose than the one we have right now. I have nothing against that, and my friend, you shouldnt to. It is the hell I am concerned about. I honestly believe that people believe in hell so that they can live in bliss while watching others be tormented
Idiots.
1 more thing. it hasnt been proven that religions are false. only when man can explain everything. including himself, will we have the right to say they are.

Nothing of the sort has been proven. Besides belief in God and religion are two seperate things, Religion is an organizational contruct. Belief in God comes from within.

Very interesting question, I have asked myself that many times.

Different people believe for different reasons. Some believe because their parents have taught them to. Others believe because they need a reason for our existence. Still yet others believe because they have the need to feel that this is not all there is and that we will survive forever.

Whatever peoples reasoning it does not work for me and I look at peoples beliefs as a sign of our weakness.

I have not heard of, or seen proof that all religions are false other than my own common sense.

People need to believe in something. Government has let them down therefore they lean towards religion.

To counter you: It has been proven that religions are NOT false. It is always a matter of opinion.

It is not PROVEN that all GODS dont exist only your god and the god of the people who have influenced you. Just think of all the billons of people in the past, present and future that have to be wrong for you and your non-believers to be right. You are by far out thought and decieved by SATAN the god of all lies. Just as evil exist so does love, kindness, friendship, trust, and charity. God has given all free will to do good or bad. God has not stopped believing in us his children but we stop believing in him.

People believe in god because they can't think for themselves and need to be validated. When something comes accross that can't be understood immediately, instead of investigating, learning, and trying to figure things out, they say: "Oh it's god's will." or some lame excuse for not thinking. The proof will be in the many answers you will get to this question with a quote or scripture from the bible, with no visible original thought given by the people who respond.

Well because there are rational people out there in the world.
Mankind will always need a divine code of ethics and the belief in the almighty God to prosper and fight the evils.

Is it proven...really?Then tell me the proof!

I will preface this by saying I am an athiest. You cannot possibly prove a religion to be false. You can reason and rationalize to come to whatever your conclusion is, but you cannot say that there is definitely no being that is omnipotent and omniscient that encompasses the entire universe and all of time. It's not falsifiable.
