Celery, carrots and dill pickles. All are very low in calories. Celery and carrots are also high in fiber. Dill pickles, however, are high in sodium and that can help you retain water weight. Drink at least 64 ounces of water daily (that's water-not tea or coffee or soda). But the all-around best way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more.

Lots of snacks out there. Keep in mind not all are filling. Find something with fiber in it. Fiber will make you feel fuller. I eat yogurt with a fiber powder. The fiber powder has no taste. I feel fuller also.
