A teenager can do a lot of things. A teenager can drink wine, a teenager can also drive a car with their feet, but that doesn't make it a good idea.

No teens are not allowed to drink because it is a thuasand times easier to become an alchoholic when you are under 21

not in the us....there is a zero tolerance law and even if you have one glass of wine and get pulled over you go to jail...trust me i learned the hard way when I was 19.

In their own house under their parents supervision. As long as the parent is giving it to them and says it's ok then the authorites can't do anything about it.
