What a wonderfurl thing a cigarette?

Whoever had invented it had performed a miracle. A tiny companion of solitary moments which constantly keeps reminding one of someone else's presence. One never feels alone when a cigarette is there. A cigarette is life itself whose one end keeps burning slowly like one's own life, the other end remaining stuck in the jaws of death. Dying and living with each single breath. It brings one's scattered thoughts at a focal point. And by then one has divined some important secrets of life beyond which one need not know anything more. People say smoking causes cancer. It may be so. But those who do not smoke do they live as long as smoker? Every person has to attribute his death to one cause or the other. Why not attribute it to cigarette smoking?

BUT WHY NOT HAVE A HEALTHY LIFE AND DIE RATHER THAN A DEATH OF A MAN / WOMEN DYEING DUE TO SICKNESS..IF YOU ARE FREE FROM ALL VICES YOU ARE LUCKY. ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT NO ONE WILL ADMIT THAT A MAN SMOKING MEANS HEW IS GOOD. REMEMBER THAT YOU HAVE STARTED SMOKING JUST FOR A FUN.AND DUE TO YOUR BAD FRIENDS.HOW MUCH TROUBLES HAVE YOU TAKEN TO LEARN THIS BAD HABIT SO MUCH ONLY TO HAVE TO TAKE IT TO STOP ALSO.
DO NOT TRY TO SUBSTANTIATE YOUR CREDIBILITY TO SAY SMOKING IS GOOD AND THE WORST OF IT IS DEATH. I think everyone KNOWS the harm a cigarette can cause but for some reason blovks that out and thinks that it will never happen to them so they continue to smoke....just as I am right now. I know it's bad, but I still like to do it.

yea. it tastes good but if you have seen the people I see on a daily basis, who had to have tumors cut out of their lungs, ribs removed, throat lesions, mouth cancer, and voice box damage...you seen them, with the noise makers to hold on their neck when they want to talk...then there are the ones who look like a fish out of water as they gasp for a breath..
I cared for a man about a month ago who had to go to Hershey Medical Center and have half his face and nose and left eye removed and skin taken from his theigh to make a flap over his face because of cancer and he still could not stop smoking.
when he put his head down, the snot would srip on his shirt from a tube used to keep the nares from growing shut as they tried to heal.
Did you see the kids who smoke? there are teenagers with pulmonary disease...and the children with asthma from the parents smoking...it ages your skin by ten years... puts holes in your clothes and stains your teeth yellow and fingernails yellow and thick toe nails...there are young people waiting for a lung transplant and if somone with healthy lungs does not die soon, they will die.
ever kiss someone after they smoked a cigarette? tastes like an ashtray and even men who smoke say this is gross.
you smoke and you teach your kids to smoke. stats show kids who have parents usually do and start at a young impressionable age.'
they cost about $4.00 a pack and some pay over $5.
is it really worth it?
I think heroin sounds like fun but I would not want to try it either.
frankly, I think they are equally as stupid. I used to smoke until my daughter started and then I promiced her that if she never smoked another, I wouldn't either..I hope I was not too late.
and the idiots who call people jerks for caring and wanting them to quit? go figure...........

My husband would agree with you. I, on the other hand, do not. I have never smoked, and never will. Its a nasty habit....and expensive, too!
